Creating a unique food culture where sweets are more than just what you have after dinner
We at Mollie’s Organics love to bake. We experiment and we bake for fun. The head pastry chef has travelled to France and Japan, where food culture is elevated beyond what we’re usually taught, and where a feast for the eye is as important as a feast for the body.
We use organic ingredients by default, and create gluten-free cakes and cookies as part of our philosophy of making dessert delights available to everyone. We are artists: we’ll sit with you and listen to your vision, draw the design, and build your dream wedding cakes, birthday cakes and dessert presentations. We can also provide advice, and quick delivery when you are squeezed for time!
You will find us in Lafayette, California. On any given day we may be baking cake, experimenting with a new flavor combination, baking dozens of cookies or cupcakes, or learning new ways to create beautiful designs and to provide the best products for you.
