As far back as we can remember, cakes have been a highlight of the year! Birthdays, weddings, baby showers, or work events and club parties… it’s clear cake is an important part of our lives. We at Mollie’s Organics believe that cake should taste delicious, and be a feast for the eyes. We’ll bake a cake in your favorite flavor with any color of the rainbow and create a design that will thrill you and your guests!
Our cakes are always three layers, and are NOT like your typical mass produced cakes. We use organic ingredients, fresh eggs, the best butters and flavorings available and rich jams and preserves. They are fresh, and aren’t sitting around in a case for days waiting for someone to by it - we bake on demand…
Our pastry chef has years of experience creating custom designs for weddings, birthdays and parties, and there is no charge for creating special colors just for you.
Want cupcakes? Sure! We fill our cupcakes with buttercream or jam depending on the flavor story.
Special requests? No problem - we’ll work with you to ensure you get exactly what you want. When ordering, just send us a note and we’ll confirm your special needs.
