We at Mollie’s Organics depend on access to the very best, freshest ingredients.

We love melons. They remind us of long Summer days and lazy evenings sitting on a deck with good friends, and perfectly sweet essence waters and teas.

In the small greenhouse we grow Chanterais melons. They’re small, almost a single serving size (or two servings for those who are willing to share). They have an intense flavor and a sweet scent that fills the greenhouse as they ripen.

We’ve grown Hale’s cantaloup and we like it too, but it sprawls and the vines get huge! The smaller melons have delicate vines we can train to grow up string, allowing the melons to hang freely above the ground as they ripen

We love them, floating the chunks in iced white tea, wrapping slices with Prosciutto, or eating them with a spoon…and when they are gone, they are gone - you can never find them in a store.
